A small Foreword:

Each one of the games I have set about creating have been studies in popular gaming trends.  Sunday Commissioner is my study in the recent surge in games featuring user-created content.  Some might say that it's very similar to the popular "P & A"  card game.

My answer to them would be as follows:
"Sure, it might share some similar concepts: it's a drinking game, a leader calls the shots... but these are dice--not cards.  They don't get all crappy and soggy if you spill beer on them!  Better yet, unlike other party games, you don't have to drink a beer that recently had a dirty ping-pong ball floating in it!   Furthermore, if you like playing the same games of beirut and "asshole" you have been playing for years, more power to you.  Don't try anything new, the world needs robots like you.  Also, I machine the designs in these dice myself and painstakingly ink each and every one of them; none of your frat brothers will have seen anything like them.

Finally, the Overview:

In Sunday Commissioner, the object is to roll the dice and match three like symbols.  Initially, the symbols represent the different ways to dole out drinks to your fellow players.  The goal everyone will be shooting for would be the esteemed position of, you guessed it, Commissioner.   This is achieved through rolling letter Cs that you can see on the dice below.  The Commissioner, upon appointment, controls the game...enforcing rules, doling out punishment and upon his or her appointment, may make or change one rule of the game.  Careful how you treat others should you become Commissioner...Once the next Commissioner is crowned, you could be in for a world of hurt if you abused your station of power.

Contents:

Sunday Commissioner will come with everything pictured in the image (and a little more):  A Sunday-Gamer-Logo-Stenciled velveteen pouch, instructions, 4 custom-machined Sunday Commissioner dice, a Commissioner button (so you know who is boss) and 35 glass counting gems (for counting things).

In an effort to build a community of Sunday Commissioner players, a guestbook has been established.  You can either click the guestbook link here, or follow the drop down tab from Sunday Commissioner above.  If you come up with any ridiculous rules to share with the community, this would be the place to do it.

I have also posted a Frequently Asked Questions section to address popular questions that have arisen during game play.

Sunday Commissioner will eventually sell for $15.00 plus shipping.  Once released, I will more than likely run a month-long promotion and offer it for $10.00.
